Who is the triune God? Does He have a role for each of us in His plan? What is the objective of His mission? What is the impact of our work? How can we help other people engage in His mission?
Five simple categories are worth exploring to answer those questions:
- God — knowing His identity, position, power, purpose, plan, and people.
- Individual — our own position, power, accountability, motivation, and the joy ahead.
- Church — knowing who we are and what we are to do.
- Equipping — the Biblical principles, tools, examples, training, and resources that enable the church to effectively accomplish the mission.
- Empowering — every person with the tools to engage right where they are, with vision, resources, training, and relationships to help move the needle on the Great Commission.
