Missionaries don’t grow on trees. Ordinary people take on the task of reaching remote people when they are asked to act. Many missionaries give testimony that they began moving by faith toward reaching unreached tribes because a particular individual showed them the opportunities and asked them personally to act. Our role in planting maturing tribal churches is to inform, inspire, and invite those people who will make it possible.
People go because they hear and believe God’s Word. People go because they are asked.
The three movements

Inform
Some people are simply unaware that a third of the world’s people have no way to learn about Jesus. Some have no knowledge of what it takes to establish a thriving church among a people with an unwritten language, no Bible translation, and no messenger. We work to give people the information they need — God’s word first, then the state of the world, then the many roles in the work.

Inspire
Information alone doesn’t move people; seeing what God is doing does. We show the testimonies of transformed people groups, the missionaries in the work, and the teams behind them — inspiring churches with what God is doing right now, so that faith rises to meet the need. Faith comes by hearing the word of God.

Invite
Then we ask. Personally. We present the opportunities and invite people to take action by faith in God’s written word — to pray, to send, to support, or to go. The command is to go everywhere, preaching to everyone, and the objective of going is to make disciples of Jesus, teaching everything He commanded. We help people consider their role and take their next step.
The 100 × 100 × 100 vision
We would like to bring together a team of 100 financial supporters, prayer partners, and advocates who will work with us to inform churches, inspire them with what God is doing, and invite them to help locate and send 100 missionaries to 100 language groups — each sent missionary family building its own team of about 100 sponsors to enable effective ministry. Active evangelism at home means more believers to equip. Intentional discipleship means more people who understand their purpose and can be sent. Foundational Bible teaching means more teams with vision to train and send. With more missionaries sent from local churches, those churches see God’s work firsthand through people they know.
Be an exponent
Advocate for the least-reached people groups. Help us engage people who are interested in missions — forward a page, host a conversation, introduce us to your church, organize a Wayumi group. Working over there requires the teamwork of people over here to send, train, equip, and support workers until the task is finished.
