Knowing precedes going. Mobilization representatives are career missionaries who are constantly visiting churches, universities, and schools in search of people who are willing to act on God’s word by faith. They present God’s word, the needs of the world, the opportunities to serve, and paths forward as people take steps of faith.

That’s us. After an initial contact, we follow up by email and phone, host guests in our home, and travel to meet for deeper conversations about God’s purposes in the world and your role in His work. We help people of every age — we’ve directed students from 15 to 80 — find their next step, and we walk with career candidates all the way through Ethnos360’s application and training process.

Meet over coffee, lunch, Zoom, or FaceTime. No obligation or expectations — just your questions answered.

What a conversation can cover

Whatever you bring: what missions actually is (and isn’t), whether your gifts fit somewhere, what training would look like for you, how support raising really works, what life on the field is like for families and children, how your church can send well, or simply what your next step of faith might be. Need advice, encouragement, a listening ear, a missions coach, or someone with whom to bounce ideas? I would love to have a part as God leads you.
