For those exploring cross-cultural church-planting missions, Randy points people first to Wayumi — an introduction to missions offered in a range of formats, from a six-day summer expedition for teens to a collegiate-level course. From there, those preparing for career missionary work typically move through the two-year Ethnos360 Bible Institute and Ethnos360 Training, the practical missionary training center.
Video Testimonies
The bulk of Randy’s list is video testimony from the people groups Ethnos360 teams have worked among — documentation of churches being planted, Scripture translated, and lives changed. Several of those stories are told in full elsewhere on this site: the Mouk people of Papua New Guinea, subject of the well-known Ee-Taow film, the Hewa, and the Bisorio — one thriving church that became, in turn, a sending church. Other groups he references, including the Ata and Tangguat, have similar stories of a first hearing of the Gospel followed by a growing, reproducing church.
