Our objective is to find laborers and supporters to establish thriving churches among remote groups of people who will not otherwise hear God’s message unless we intentionally work together to tell them. Randy & Diana are missionaries working with Ethnos360, engaging Christians toward being — and mobilizing — missionaries to reach unreached language groups with the Good News about Jesus.

Why “Untold”?

If people know God’s rescue plan, that’s their business — their responsibility to respond after being told. (Ezekiel 3:17-21; 1 Corinthians 15:34; 2 Corinthians 5:10-11, 18-20) If they don’t know, that’s our business. This work began under the name Send100, but that seemed to focus on us. The name changed to draw attention to the ethnolinguistic people groups who have not yet been told about the identity, purpose, plan, people, and processes of Jesus Christ. We are endeavoring to build teams to send 100 or more missionaries annually to entire language groups of people who may not otherwise hear of Jesus in their lifetime.

    Seeking career missionaries

    The greatest need in fulfilling the Great Commission among unreached language groups is people to do the work: people who will move in among unreached language groups to learn the language and culture, translate the Bible, and teach toward maturing faith in Christ — plus skilled laborers to fill the many supporting roles. Randy & Diana have been sent to find help.

    Serving senders

    Many people cannot go overseas but are eager to train the next generation of missionaries, support those who go, and build a sense of God’s purposes among their local churches. We speak in churches, Christian schools, small groups, and conferences; set up displays; and invite people to join in reaching every tribe of our generation.

    Interacting with inquirers

    After initial contact, we follow up by email, phone, hosting guests in our home, and traveling to meet for deeper conversations about God’s purposes and your role in His work — advising candidates all the way through Ethnos360’s application process. Career process · Associates.

    Directing people to experiences and training

    From testimonies and mission videos for any group, to a weekend at Wayumi in central Pennsylvania, to weeks of practical training with missionaries currently doing the work in Papua New Guinea, to two years of whole-Bible education at Ethnos360 Bible Institute, to career preparation at Ethnos360 Training — we help people of any age (we’ve directed students from 15 to 80) find their next step.

Partnership: teams to send teams

More than financial supporters, we need partners who will invest themselves in the task. Active evangelism at home means more believers who can be equipped for ministry. Intentional discipleship means more people who understand their purpose and can be sent. Foundational Bible teaching means more teams with vision to train and send. We would like to bring together a team of 100 financial supporters, prayer partners, and advocates to work with us to inform, inspire, and invite — helping locate and send 100 missionaries, with 100 supporters each, to 100 language groups.

Why

There are already language groups asking for a missionary to tell them about God — and many more who do not know enough to ask. For each of the roughly 2,500 unreached people groups there are on the order of 150,000 evangelical Christians (see the ballpark explained on our home page). The only things lacking are obedience, vision, purpose, and people willing to do the work alongside people willing to support and send them. Eternity is forever. Provision has been made in Christ. Some people just don’t know about it. We want to help them hear, believe, and act.
